Scholarships

The Long Prairie Community Group was started by a volunteer group to celebrate the Long Prairie community. The scholarship program was established to encourage & promote community involvement among the Long Prairie area youth. The winners of this scholarship will be the student that displays actions of bettering the community by improving the life of an individual, a group, or the community as a whole.

Scholarship applications will begin February 14, 2011 and close April 15, 2011. Scholarships will be awarded May 18th at the Long Prairie Grey Eagle Academics award program.

We are proud to announce this years scholarships have INCREASED to $1,500 for first place, $800 for second & $500 for third.
